Build a branded proof with the item, price, photos and your logo, and send it by email.
One tap approval
Your customer opens a link, sees the proof, and taps approve or asks for a change. No app, no account.
Get paid
On approval the order is created in Shopify and the customer pays through your normal checkout.
Every view, approval and change request is logged against the order, so nothing gets made without sign off and money in.
You build the proof, your customer sees it live
Pick a template, add your photos and price, and Proof and Pay shows you exactly what the customer will get before you send. Merge fields fill in their name and your details, so every proof looks like you.

Questions and answers
Do my customers need an app or account?
No. Your customer taps a link in their email to see the proof and approve it. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
How is payment taken?
Payment runs through your own Shopify checkout after the customer approves. Proof and Pay never sees or stores card details.
Is it hard to set up?
No. It installs from the Shopify App Store in about two minutes and works straight away. You add your branding once, then send proofs from your store.
What does it cost?
There is a 14 day free trial, then 14 US dollars a month as of July 2026.
